The Sioux Lookout Anti-Racism Committee is a non-profit organization that strives to create a community that addresses racism. If you are looking for a way to make a real difference in this community then SLARC is definitely for you. We rely on volunteers to coordinate our events and programs. The possibilities include: working with youth at our multicultural youth centre, helping to set up events, teaching youth about your area of expertise, becoming a SLARC board member, training as a mediator, assisting in promoting our programs to the community, and any other way you can think of!
